Course Description: In partnership with Outward Bound Professional, PM Adventure is a revolutionary training experience that incorporates project management principles and practices with an exciting outdoor practical application. Topics range from leadership, scheduling, and risk, to managing multiple projects.

This unique style of project management education combines the best of course material with the dynamics of an Outward Bound learning experience. Using a two, three or four-day format, your teams can have a truly customized project management learning experience.

During the course, students combine classroom learning with the hands-on learning from an Outward Bound exercises such as orienteering, sailing, or climbing. The focus of both types of learning are on the skills needed in project management along with the implementation of these skills in a real life experience. Locations of the sessions are highly flexible and can be provided on-site or at one of several Outward Bound sites.

Course Prerequisites: A basic understanding of project processes prior to the course is helpful.

Audience: This course is intended for managers, project manages, and team members.
