Course Description: This
intense three-day examination preparation workshop is designed
to prepare students for the Project Management Professional (PMP®)
examination. The seminars are carefully kept up to date with the
framework of knowledge outlined by the Project Management Institute’s
PMBOK®. Watermark offers a small class learning environment
led by experienced and expertly trained instructors. Students use
and identify test-taking tips and strategies, discuss review materials
that will assist them to pass the PMP® exam along with numerous
small group exercises to reinforce the material. The course includes
sample tests throughout the course.

Course Prerequisites:
- Before taking this course, students should fulfill the
requirements for sitting for the PMP exam:

A bachelor’s degree and 4500 hours of project experience
· Without a degree and 7500 hours of project experience
· Complete 35 hours of Project Management training
- Students should be prepared to take the exam within two months
of taking the course
- Students should have a copy of the 2000 Guide to the
Project Management Body Of Knowledge (PMBOK®) published by
the Project Management Institute® (PMI). It may be ordered
(not downloaded) directly from PMI at pmi.org or from a bookstore.
Students are advised
to read the PMBOK® prior to class and to bring
it with them to class. Access to a digital or electronic
copy (CD
or Adobe format)
is also recommended for study purposes
