Jodi inherited a mature program of work with an existing (limited) capability model, which that aligned to the scope of the program of work. Under Jodi’s stewardship (with her can do attitude and natural people skills) the capability model became more relevant when it aligned to the enterprise. This enterprise capability model enabled the program of work to have clarity on the to-be business process gaps, which were then filled. Jodi frequently demonstrated a sound and logical approach towards the immediate and long term demands set for her. Jodi added further value with her pragmatic recommendations. Professionally and personally, it was an enjoyable experience working with Jodi on aspects of her tasks.
