Jodi is one of the most successful people managers I’ve met. She has consistently motivated and developed her staff, providing the pastoral support, encouragement and incentives to continually increase the level of value they deliver to the organisation. Her staff respect and care for her in return and consistently go the extra mile.
Jodi has always been an enthusiastic member of the management team, stepping forward and taking on many of the more challenging elements of managing and developing a 50//50 team of contractors and permanent staff – including competency frameworks to connect the services we deliver with the underlying competencies that make that delivery successful.
From a commercial and supplier POV, Jodi rapidly grew into being part of the Melbourne BA community and has managed to achieve consistently high utilisation and kill her budget targets – whilst achieving high levels of satisfaction from the project managers and senior stakeholders whom her resources deliver services to.
