I took a 5 day training course with Haydn on how to become an awesome BA. Not only did Haydn provide expert advice and tips and tricks, as well as deliver very thorough and interactive training, but he also engaged with the students with such passion and honesty, that I left his training course inspired and motivated to be the best BA I could be! I have since been fortunate enough to see Haydn present at a few different BA events, and engage him personally as a mentor, and every time I listen to him, I remember why I do what I do and why I love it! I would recommend Haydn as a BA mentor, trainer or presentor to anyone!
