I have worked with Haydn on a very large and ambitious program, he performed the role of program manager at the time. Haydn was responsible for a fixed price, fixed date engagement of considerable size and complexity (10M $ budget, less than a year timeframe and a large scope of work). Haydn demonstrated endurance and stamina and successfully managed both the customer expectations as well as the HP internal team. Through hard work, clear communication and strong analytical skills, he helped pull the job off to a successful end. The customer reached it’s goals, against all odds. Haydn follows clear processes, applies the necessary structures and uses his considerable knowledge and experience to guide a team into the right direction. Next to to this, I enjoyed worked with Haydn very much from a personal perspective. He has a positive attitude and relaxed style, he will not get stressed easily and shows great patience with people.
