over 25 years’ experience in research, organisational innovation, design, adaptation and
benefits realisation. and has extensive experience in strategic organisational adaptation
design and delivery. Elissa has empowered organisations to envision positive futures and
successfully transform to achieve lasting benefits.
Widely recognised as a thought leader in her field, Elissa’s published doctoral research
explored the implications of Artificial Intelligence on workplaces of the future.
Dr Farrow is an Adjunct Fellow at the University of the Sunshine Coast. She is an experienced
board director, and has held global leadership positions with the Change Management
Institute as well as past chair of DVConnect a service preventing Domestic and Family
Violence in Queensland.
She’s received national recognition in Australia for her contributions to Women in Project
Management through Project Management Institute and for her research with the
Association of Professional Futurists.
Ash is passionate about systems thinking, building great cultures and business teams. He is also a self-confessed positive change vigilante.
Currently based in Europe, Ash partners with Mindavation to consult on ways for companies to simplify and enhance systems and ways of working, improve team culture, moral, increase productivity and efficiency.
Ash has over 20 years’ transformation experience and held senior consultant and management roles across a range of industry sectors, based globally, metropolitan and
regionally. These industries include not-for-profit, health, State Government, rail, software and engineering development, telecommunications, defence, aviation, higher education and ICT.
