Mindavation (Mindavation Pty limited ACN: 125 518 212) provides team development, leadership, coaching, facilitation and training services, as well as providing our clients with personnel to complete contract advisory or delivery services. Specific deliverables, timings, and fees are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.

4.1 Mindavation will exercise reasonable care, skill and diligence at all times in the performance of its services with resources that are suitably experienced, qualified and skilled.
4.2 Payment terms are specified on our training courses page or in our client service agreements.
4.3 Details of any specific requirements are set out in the special conditions in statements of work or as required.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
