Learning outcomes

• Recognise situations when you need to adjust your engagement style to achieve facilitation outcomes
• Discuss techniques to help you collect and share information with stakeholders.

• Develop a stakeholder engagement approach relevant to their work/project
• Build effective stakeholder relationships and facilitate effective stakeholder collaboration
• Facilitate more effective meetings and workshops
• Negotiate with stakeholders
• Recognise and respond to stakeholder challenges, biases and opportunities as they arise.
