successfully transform to achieve lasting benefits.
Widely recognised as a thought leader in her field, Elissa’s published doctoral research explored the implications of Artificial Intelligence on workplaces of the future.
Dr Farrow is an Adjunct Fellow at the University of the Sunshine Coast. She is an experienced board director, and has held global leadership positions with the Change Management Institute as well as past chair of DVConnect a service preventing Domestic and Family Violence in Queensland.
She’s received national recognition in Australia for her contributions to Women in Project Management through Project Management Institute and for her research with the Association of Professional Futurists.
