Shona Hutchinson

Shona is currently working with Bespoke Change to deliver a complex change program for a Commonwealth client.

When working with Mindavation, she designs operating procedures and user-focused training materials that support small and large-scale projects, including the use of the creative mind to inspire innovation, management system, and security platform upgrade implementations. Her outstanding productivity and growth. The ability to analyse complex people-focused and technical problems and develop actionable solutions to meet business requirements sets her apart from other project professionals.

Shona has extensive experience implementing business transitions and Machinery of Government changes for Commonwealth agencies and provides professional advice to stakeholders and collaborating across industries. Information management solutions and
project delivery are her current focus.

Shona is also an active Justice of the Peace in the ACT.
